If your forest is mature enough for harvesting, you can earn significant timber revenue while keeping ownership of the land. We handle everything: permits, harvesting, quality control and replanting after cutting. You stay in Sweden – or wherever you are – and receive payment and a full quality report.

The process

Every engagement starts the same way. After first contact, we assess the property and present you with a clear recommendation. Then you choose.

Step 1 – we assess and present your options

Our specialists evaluate your property using forest management plans, aerial imagery and land registry data. Within a few business days, you receive a written overview of what the property is worth and which option – direct sale or timber harvest – makes the most financial sense for your situation.

Step 2A – direct sale

You accept our offer → we prepare all documents → notarial deed, in person or by power of attorney → payment to your bank account.

Step 2B – timber harvest

We obtain all required permits → harvesting takes place → quality inspection → replanting → you receive payment and a written report with photos. You remain the landowner.
